Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from America, Canada or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron,and Solo.
Some countries such as France, Australia, New Zealand, and Denmark must pay by bank transfer as name and address checks on credit cards are not accepted In these countries and our website completes name and address checks on all countries to help prevent fraud!! Please contact us for details on a bank transfer.

Please note all UK based orders for footwear, football boots, clothing,and Snowblades are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK based orders for Skis and Ski boots are shipped via UPS 3 day guaranteed and tracked delivery. THE PRICES QUOTED FOR SHIPPING ARE FOR SINGLE ITEMS ONLY. Any order over and above single item we will contact you of the additional charge.
USA BASED ORDERS
Please note that all USA based orders for footwear, football boots, and clothing will be shipped via Royal Mail, 7 day not guaranteed delivery (however we have never had a parcel not arrive). For Skis, Ski Boots and Snowblades, because they have a greater value and are heavier and larger - these are shipped by UPS 3/5 day guaranteed and tracked delivery. THE PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR SINGLE ITEMS. Any order over and above single item we will notify of the additional charge.

Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 business days.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Placement of order does not guarantee delivery. Although we endeavour to keep stock levels of all items, due to the high demands both in store and online this is not always possible. You will be notified within 48 hours if we do not have your order in stock.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the item sent to you (I.e. if it is the wrong size), please send them item(s) back RECORDED DELIVERY and please write a letter stating your full name which you placed the order under, your full address and your order number and the problem. We will do our best to cater for your needs and either exchange (which postage will be charged) or refund (goods only, no postage). Please also enter a contact telephone number we can best catch you on during the day. YOU HAVE 1 MONTH TO RETURN GOODS FROM THE DATE SENT TO YOU.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
